Dears,
I was reading about DNS caching and i get confused when i should configure transparent caching or resolver caching.
Is there any best practices about when we should use transparent cache vs resolver cache?

This depend on your business needs. While acting as transparent cache, big-ip relies on external DNS server and does not resolves names. It just caches responses from DNS resolver.
While acting as resolver cache, big-ip resolves dns names itself and then caches the results
