Best Way to Incorporate a 3rd Device to LTM HA Cluster?

I'm looking for recommendations please. I need to incorporate an i5800 to an existing HA group of two 5250v. I understand the limitations of having a hardware platform mismatch but I am only running LTM with a single HA group and single traffic-group on 14.x so I should be ok there.

 

My first question: Can I UCS backup one of the 5250v and restore the configuration on the i5800 and then only have to change the Self-IPs (and whatever little modifications left)?

 

If not, aside from the following, can you think of anything else that would need to be manually configured on the new HA member that would not otherwise be covered by the config sync once inserted in the HA group:

 

• Self-IPs and Routes
• Interface Configs
• VLANs and VLAN Groups
• Route Domains

I presume all the Local Traffic configurations will be sync'ed, but will the certificates also be sync'ed to the new member or do they need to be manually transferred? Anything else you guys can think about that can bite me in the tush? Versions and provisioning the same of course.
