Best practice for file upload using WSDL in ASM
Hello,
we sometimes encounter problems when clients upload files from our web mobile app. Looking at F5's support ID, the description is "Not enough memory for element (s) or attribute (s) value."
This problem had already happened before and we had increased the memory from 300 Mb to 1000 Mb. Today, thanks to the following KB https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K10803, we have further increased it from 1Gb to 2Gb.
With new projects coming, the number of upload will be larger. So we can not use this workaround indefinitely.
Does someone know any best practice for file upload using WSDL in ASM ? I've found this article https://devcentral.f5.com/s/articles/file-uploads-and-asm using parameter and iRule.
But our issue is that we are using a WSDL file (XML profile) to define our web application and when the client upload the file, it's encoded in base64 and sent in XML format.
Regards,
