Firstly, how come not 11.2.1 HF1? Anyway, by installing v11 it will take across the config from your exising 10.2.3 setup so no need to apply the backup. Just install to another volume and then activate it. Of course, backing up the config just in case is always recommended.

 

 

Agree with nitass - I've used this doc and it served me well.
