Bandwidth controller policy applied to multiple route domains

I am designing an LTM hosted on a Viprion chassis and B2250 blade. This is sized at 10 vCPUs. I plan to cater for 100 route domain/partitions. There will be a 1:1 mapping between route domains and partitions. I plan to apply a bandwidth controller to limit the maximum throughput per route domain.

eg. bandwidth controller policy "Policy-300M" defined in the common partition with a maximum rate set to 300Mbps

  • Route domain RD1 with associated partition Customer1 configured with Policy-300M
  • Route domain RD2 with associated partition Customer2 configured with Policy-300M
  • Route domain RD3 with associated partition Customer3 configured with Policy-300M
  • Route domain RD4 with associated partition Customer4 configured with Policy-300M
  • Route domain RD5 with associated partition Customer5 configured with Policy-300M

Will a single bandwidth controller configured in the common partition and applied to each route domain achieve the throughput limit for each and every route domain? ie. RD1 has a limit of 300Mbps, RD2 has a limit of 300Mbps, etc.
