Balancing inbound switched TCP sockets to inbound permanent TLS sockets

Would anyone know if it's possible to for the LTM to load-balance inbound, switched TCP traffic (targeting a VIP) to a pool of permanent TLS sockets, but those TLS sockets are established host --> F5?

The inbound permanent TLS sockets should terminate on the F5 and don't need to be delivered to a pool i.e. I want the F5 to maintain the inbound permanent TLS sessions, so that they look like a pool which can then be targeted by the inbound switched TCP sessions. A TPDU header will also need to be applied to the TLS session so the F5 knows the correct inbound switched TCP socket to route the response back to.
