After updating to 11.5.1 HF7 I start to see errors like this on one of our active/standby configure LTMs.
monpd|ERR|Feb 23 20:10:10.020|18506| [DB::run_sql_query, mysql_query_safe] Error executing...
I'd first try just restarting monp first, (bigstart restart monpd). If that doesn't fix it, then yes, I'd think the SOL article you referenced is your next step.
