avoid re-authentication

Hi

 

Here is the problem I access the webportal. it asks me for authentication. After succesful authentication if I click on the link on the portal it again ask me for authentication. However without F5 i.e. direct access to portal does not require re-authentication. Is there any way in F5 LTM to avoid re-authentication. template : f5 oracle ebs version : 12.1.1

    Hi nyif5,

     

    it could be a problem with Session Persistence in combination with certain Server-Side-Session-Handlings, so that you login to pool member 1 on the initial request and then get a rebalance to pool member 2 on subsequent requests.

     

    To verify this suspicion you could temporary Force-Offline some pool members so that only a single pool member is left online.
