Avocent KVM

Hi guys, i'm askying a question about avocent by emerson. there is a feature called KVM which is the remote display using server console port managed by avocent. launching it from a portal apm resource or app tunnel apm resource doesn't work.

 

does anybody have ever seen this problem?
