Automatic/Manual Learning - Wild card

A policy is in blocking mode and manual learning is enabled (i.e. Real Traffic builder is not enabled). Wild Card entity is created in URL, Parameter and File type as well with non-staging state. Some URL, Parameters and File type are there with non-staging state.

 

Now, If we enable the Real Traffic builder then will it effect the existing entities specially the wild card?
