Automatically Sync some data between LTMs in different Data Centers

Is there a way to sync some data between LTMs which are not part of the same sync group? We have multiple data centers where we host multiple websites and when we build a new site we have to manually copy over the SSLs and profiles and such.

Is there a way I can automate this so it is not a manually process?

Bonus points if there is also a way that we can automatically copy Virtual Server and Nodes over, but changing the second octets IP in the process, as everything config wise is the same other than the 2nd octet.
