MSZWe will try the HTTP PROXY solution. I saw this article but missed the ignorance of services.ini file. Thanks.

Already followed the same document.... update via HTTP Proxy but no result.
I believe further troubleshooting on this would require reviewing configuration. I would recommend that you open a support case for this and provide an asmqkview from the device.
