Auto check feature not working
Hi all, I'm having trouble getting the 'automatic update check' to work' Pressing the button to check I get an error 'No response from server' I've got the holes put in the firewall, unfortunately I don't have visibility or control of the FW as it's hosted and managed by another organization but I suspect the attempts aren't even hitting the FW. I've been using this as my guide https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/15000/000/sol15000.html
Anything I can check?
thanks

I would try telneting to the IP:Port from one of your F5 nodes.
From TMSH go to bash, then:
telnet callhome.f5.com 443 Trying 65.61.115.198... Connected to callhome.f5.com. Escape character is '^]'. telnet activate.f5.com 443 Trying 208.85.210.4... Connected to activate.f5.com. Escape character is '^]'.If you get a connection timeout, then either you don't have a route or connectivity. This presumes you have DNS configured as well.
