Hi,
Can anyone explain me what are the meaning of these logs:

What does state 20 and state 3 means? Is there any documents/knowledge base regarding this?

Old thread. But I also had this question. Figured it out:
node_address_monitor_state 20 node_address_new_session_enable 1 = Command "Force Offline" was used. Node = Black Diamond
node_address_monitor_state 3 node_address_new_session_enable 2 = Command "Enable" was used, node monitor is active/good. Node = Green Circle
