ASM upgrade v12 to v13

Hi,

 

A recent upgrade of ASM from v12 to v13.1 I came across some reported issues which i’m wondering if these are expected behavior. 1) Historical Event Logs currently stored locally were lost? 2) Traffic learning suggestion for policies prior to upgrade lost 3) Policies in Manual enforcement prior to upgrade moved post upgrade to Automatic?

 

Is there a best practice when upgrading ASM to mitigate against some it not all of the above.

    the first two i recognize from ASM upgrades, don't believe you can do much about those. the used databases for those are not carried over through an upgrade. the last one sounds more like a bug, certainly gonna pay attention on that one in future upgrades.
