ASM policy convert

Dears,

 

Am trying to export ASM policy from version 13.1 and import it in version 12.1 but it keep give me error that :-

 

Uploaded file does not contain policy. Please upload correct file.

 

The security policy file does not conform to the schema and cannot be imported

 

Is there any tool to convert policy exported from version 13.1 so i can import it in version 12.1.2???
