Good morning , I have one problem with my F5 ASM module. My DEV team use Tus.Io to upload large documents and ASM block the post request. the method used is PATCH. I don't know how to allow and check this traffic. Thank you for your answer

Most likely your ASM policy is configured to only allow GET and POST methods and you need to enable PATCH
