AltostratusASM AND "Accept Request" length of time to complete
Should I be concerned that when accepting a request on the ASM, it has taken over 15 minutes to complete?
I am, admittedly, on a live, very busy service, but this is the first time I have seen this transaction take so long.

Hi Duncan,
I think that your behaviour is due to your ASM configuration. Can you please check if you set "Session Tracking":
- Security ›› Application Security : Sessions and Logins : Session Tracking
You can noticed that you have the possibility to blocked by default user during 900s --> 15mn if he caused a number of violation (For IP addresses which caused 60 violations in the last 900 seconds, the system will block all requests.).
You can see this in blocking logs (event logs).
