ASM+AAM can run without LTM?
ASM+AAM can run in transparent mode and Reverse-Proxy mode on network?

Nimbostratusi have not need load balancing because i have just one web server
therefore i can to use both asm+aam features without LTM ? (asm for waf and aam for caching)
therefore i can to choose one of the transparent or reverse proxy mode for my web server?
