ASM - Proactive Bot Defense - doesn't log the events in the DOS statistics ?!

Dears,

 

I have enabled the Proactive BOT defense in a created DOS profile and it is working fine by blocking the attack but i am unable to find any logging in the DOS event logs for the block event.

 

Is that expected? It would be nice to be able to see blocked requests to the site to ensure i haven't broken journeys for our customers.

    In addition to applying the DoS profile to your virtual server(s), you also need to apply a Logging profile with the DoS Protection option enabled and either the Local Publisher setting enabled or a Remote Publisher selected as something other than "none".
