AS3 convertor tool - Does not work with IAPP

Hi,

I am trying to convert IAPP to AS3. When I try running the AS3 convertor tool it only picks up Configuration that was not create by IAPP. Is IAPP not supported In the convertor? What is the recommended approach to convert IAPPs to AS3?
