Arp -a on F5 VPN

Hi,

 

When I connect via F5 VPN to my internal Network, and then in the laptop I type in CMD the command "arp -a", the MAC Address column doesn't show anything, see below please:

 

 

Any idea why I am not getting any "Physical Address" on there?
