Are there any default pools created when LTM / GTM are first installed?

I'm trying to find out if there are default pools created when a GTM / LTM is first installed. Can't seem to find anything on the sites or google.

There are no default pool in LTM version 11. I wish I could remember our GTM version, but there weren't any there either.
