Applying an ASM policy to a port 80 web server?
I am trying to apply a ASM policy to one of our web servers. But when I go to the local traffic > security tab, the "Application Security Policy" with the "enabled/disabled" and Policy drop down is missing. Picture below. The only thing that I can tell that might be a factor is this web server is port 80 while the others I have created are 443. Is there something regarding a port 80 that would prevent me from assigning an ASM policy, or am I missing something else? Thank you

Natethegreat,
I haven't got my lab to test but I wonder if you don't have a HTTP profile on your port 80 virtual server? It is a pre-req for a security policy.

This is definitely due to the lack of an HTTP profile for this port 80 configured virtual server. Once you apply that, you should be able to see the option to apply an ASM policy to this virtual server.
