Application is accessible from internet explorer but not from chrome.

Hello Team,

 

We are facing a issue like, one of our application is accessible through internet explorer but not from chrome.

 

We are getting page like "page can't be reached" when we are trying to access the application through chrome.

 

As developer have to do some testing on application, he asked us to allow the access of application through chrome, because in internet explorer he cannot fully test that application.

 

As checked locally, the app is accessible through chrome.

    Check your logs on the F5 to see if there is a reason for traffic to be dropped. Check to make sure the local and remote chrome browser are of the same version. Chrome tends to implement tougher security requirements. Also, search online to see if there are other possible reasons.

    Hi

     

    Seems to be a weird issue.

     

    If this is a HTTPs application could be you have the connection runing on sslv3 for example. The same will fail through Chrome. Also agree with Vijay that Chrome is much more strict from security perspective.

    Hi,

     

    What OS version do you use? is it 12.1.x?

     

    If true, you should upgrade to version v13.1 and later.
