Application access issue for some clients page not displayed

For some clients not all of them when they try to access to our web application a white screen appears, our problem also we d' not found any traffic logs of those connections despite we have actived...

Hello,

 

Capture the traffic using tcpdump and then look at the resulting capture in Wireshark.
