Hi,
I have one application and that application user needs to access that using f5ssl-vpn only and remain everything has to deny.
Is that possible to do using ACL ?

You can configure L4 ACL, L7 ACLs or L4+L7 ACLs. So technically, it's possible.
You have to assign those ACLs to the user session in the access policy using Visual Policy Editor (VPE)
