APM VMware integration - Removed HTML5 client option from launching the VDI.

Hi F5 Expert, we're using F5 version 12.1.2 where HTML5 client is not supported for Connection View 7.4. Below taken from F5 page.   https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_apm/manuals/pro...
