APM timeout
We have users in a couple of remote locations that are being logged out of their APM sessions after a couple of minutes. I'm not sure where to look for timeout issues. The process is that they log into APM, start a webtop that is a web page and then get to work. As far as I know no changes have been made to the F5. Are there log files I can review to see where the users are getting logged off?

It could be the inactivity timeout kicking in. There are three timeout settings that can be set in the access policy: inactivity timeout, access policy timeout and maximum session timeout. For more information about these timers see:
Do these users keep the webtop open when working on the other website that is provided through the webtop? The webtop page itself keeps communicating with the BIG-IP while logged in and open, so it doesn't timeout because of the inactivity timeout.
