APM Rendering Webtop

Hello all

 

Fairly new to APM and was wondering if anyone has come across this before.

 

  • When I hit the Direct VIP the page renders correctly
  • When I hit the page using the WIP the header where the f5 logo is shrinks

Some details and steps taken

 

  • Full Webtop on iPad exhibits the behavior not accessing via the desktop
  • Only happens on webtop not logon
  • Verified on different access policies and webtops
  • Tried new WIP
  • Running 11.4
  • I have cleared the cache on Safari mobile and used “private mode” as well, same behavior.
  • Chrome exhibits the same "shrinking" behavior regardless of hitting VIP or WIP

    There are different style sheets for mobile browsers and desktop browsers along will different images. Check the advanced configuration and see if you can find anything that might help.

    So I have also reproduced this shrinking by refreshing the webtop when accessing the direct IP as well... I go to the direct VIP and the header is the correct size, I hit the refresh button and the header shrinks and makes the images and words go down into the webtop

    Thanks for the response

     

    I understand there are different settings for mobile, my question is why is it rendering properly for the direct IP and not the WIP, same browser and iPad. Additionally when I refresh the "VIP page" the header shrinks. I would expect it would either work or not work on mobile safari just trying to design to a consistent UX.
