I am trying build policy using APM.
I want to check the client OS, if it is windows they need to go one poolA and if they using linux, they need to go poolB.

CirrostratusYou can use an "Empty" action item in the policy to branch on "Client OS" (it gives you a drop-down box of Operating System options), and then a "Pool Assign" item off each branch to assign the correct pool.
Or, use the Virtual Server to assign the default pool and then use just one branch in the access policy to switch it to the other pool for that operating system.
