APM Question or Issue

trying to get APM working here at work. I auth to something.domain.com and I am presented with the correct webtop. I open the intranet with no issue. there are a few links on the intranet that are sub domains and they are not working. like else.domain.com and my.domain.domain.com I think these other domains authenticate to another sub-domain, how do I make the SSO work for that domain?
