APM Portal - App Tunnel not working from external network
Hello - I am pretty new to APM. I just configured an APM Portal that is doing an App Tunnel to open a SSH connection to one of our servers. From inside the corporate network I am able to connect to the server. The App Tunnel opens PuTTY and connects to the server as desired. When connecting to the App Tunnel from outside the corporate network PuTTY opens but it never connects to the internal server. I tried to create a network access pool but when I add this to my Access Profile it is just another option on my Webtop and I do not get assigned an IP from the pool. What needs to be done so I can access the internal server when using the App Tunnel from an external client? Thanks!
Probably you are trying to connect to the backend IP directly. Apptunnel creates a local listener on 127.x.x.x to allow the app to connect and puts that into %HOST% and %PORT% parameters that can be passed to the app.
Configure it like this:

Thanks Lucas!! I had originally added %HOST% to the App Tunnel but did not include %PORT%. I went back and removed the backend IP and added -ssh %HOST% %PORT% and this is now working!!
