APM policy: Logout URI Timeout
Could somebody explain me what exactly APM does when it sees one of the URIs included into "Logout URI Include" section of an access profile? All articles I have managed to find on F5 web sites seem to repeat each other.
Does APM immediately forward the logout URI to the server and then wait 5 seconds before terminating the session on the client-side? What is the point in that delay? I understand it can be set to any value including no-delay at all but what's the idea behind that default value?

When you have this configured APM will see the URI and then wait and terminate the APM session as you describe.
The point in the delay is to send the request to the backend and allow any images, css, etc to load and fully render the logout page before APM kills the session and the ability to request the items.
