APM persistent Cookie enabled for ActiveSync?

anyone running ActiveSync with a persistent Cookie enabled? Have a manually created policy where I'd like to remove, can't see any harm in doing so.

Also, the SSO for NTLM was set to match the SSO box variable - session.logon.last.username vs the default SSO value session.sso.token.lastusername - would like to make this default - any harm?
