Do you have authentication to the smtp provider set up? It is not set in the screen shot. I think smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com requires authentication, otherwise it would be banned as an open relay.. If yes, then try to troubleshoote connection & parameters with curl from BIG-IP command line as kunjan suggests.
