APM OCSP AAA Responder with HTTP/1.1

Very similar situation to https://devcentral.f5.com/questions/client-cert-checking-with-ocsp-responder-with-http-11, but we're using APM to query a Microsoft (Win 2008 R2) OCSP Responder. Unfortunately our OCSP Responder is running on a virtual web server, not the base hostname. So IIS is expecting the HTTP/1.1 and a Host header.

 

Is there some way to configure the APM AAA Server to issue the OCSP query using HTTP/1.1, rather than HTTP/1.0?

 

We're running 12.1.2 HF1 if the version matters.
