APM Network Access Optimization Ports

we have a internal website http://website.com:8080. I want to create and optimization and If I assign port 80 it doesn't do any optimization, and if change the port to 8080 it doesn't work. How can I add both ports? If I select the Port range it would include too many unnecessary ports.
