APM_Management_Not_Working

Hello Team,

I'm trying to implement apm our network.However we are encountering with inretesting issue.when i try connecting to our network over apm from outside. Altough all of backend resources are being accessed, i can't access to management port of apm device.That's why, i created forwarding vip for icmp echo and arp and then i thought that if i create the vip , i can ping the management ip and the others resources.But unfortunately altough i tried many method for the issue i'm still having the issue . But i would like you to know that after forwarding vip self interfaces and managmenet interface can be ping.but when i take tcpdump from f5's management ip, i can see syn packets from self ip to management adress but there is no synack packet. And the problem is still going on.

scenario;

Firstly, client is calling for exp:https://212.215.89.78 then firewall is forwarding the request to vip (172.16..27.5/27)of apm trough switch and then client can access to all of backend resources over self ip (172.16.28/27) beside of management port (10.10.97.100/27) apm and i see that firewall does not snat beceuse clients' originating adress appear in sessions. by the way i can access to the others f5 ltm over management port.
