APM logon page changes not reflecting.

I am trying to make some changes in logon.inc and apm_full.css file but changes are not reflecting in preview, even changes are committed by applying access policy.

If you are editing them from the Advanced Customization section, the changes appear immediately after updating the file. You may want to try restarting apmd (Access Policy Manager daemon). Don't do this on an active production system. From tmsh: 

test-ltm-01(Active)(/Common)(tmos) restart /sys service apmd
from bash: 

[test-ltm-01:Active] ~  tmsh restart /sys service apmd
