APM Log On Page

I am trying to customize the APM logon page to add user location awareness. I am not sure how to do this. When someone logs in from NY, they need to be using NY assests...etc. Thoughts on how I c...

You don't need to customise the logon page to do this, you can assign a different set of assets based on geo location in the auth policy:
