APM Licensing
hello, I just checked my APM license and I can see the following:
- APM, Base, C2400(Perpetual)
- Anti-Virus Checks
- Base Endpoint Security Checks
- Firewall Checks
- Network Access
- Secure Virtual Keyboard
- APM, Web Application
- Machine Certificate Checks
- Protected Workspace
- Remote Desktop
- App Tunnel
I have 2 questions 1- What des it mean "perpetual" ? 2- How can I see the maximum concurrent users and maximum application session for ths license ? any command line ?
thank you.

Perpetual = no time limited
APM base on C2400 = 500 CCU
And 60,000 Access sessions to boot as well. CCUs are only consumed when you use Network Access/Portal Access/Application tunnel, everything else consumes an Access Session.

thank you, I just got the confirmation from F5 customer support. APM base means : - 500 CCU (this is for webtops assignments) - 60,000 Access sessions (this is for authentication only, no webtop assignment)

If using SAML only in an IdP fashion, does the session need to remain open for as long as the remote site is "logged in"? Can the session be set to expire rather quickly if not as to reduce the CCU charge?
When APM acts as an IDP, you can expire those sessions fairly quickly
