APM Custom Deny Ending Page
I would like to replace the page that is displayed for our fallback deny ending to something that fits in with the look of the rest of our website. Our webdev team created a quick basic HTML page and style sheet. From what I understand we should be able to use this page for our ending. Is this correct? How would we go about doing so?

There is few ways this can be done:
i) Add a custom message box at before the end of an ending and customize the page through the Customization Editor
ii) Add an ending as a redirect (if the HTML is to be hosted externally)
iii)Edit the de-facto Deny page through customization editor. A combination of the General and Advanced Customization would be needed to have a desired effect (Eg: css files, image files etc)

Thanks for the info. Is there any place that walks you thru the process? We just started working with our new appliance.

I have not seen a proper guide on customization for the APM pages tbh. We worked with one of our developers by trial and error in our DEV environment. I guess you could run up a VE VM and test it there as well.
