AltocumulusThere is few ways this can be done:
i) Add a custom message box at before the end of an ending and customize the page through the Customization Editor
ii) Add an ending as a redirect (if the HTML is to be hosted externally)
iii)Edit the de-facto Deny page through customization editor. A combination of the General and Advanced Customization would be needed to have a desired effect (Eg: css files, image files etc)

AltocumulusI have not seen a proper guide on customization for the APM pages tbh. We worked with one of our developers by trial and error in our DEV environment. I guess you could run up a VE VM and test it there as well.
