APM connection pre-windows logon with client side checks on windows 8.1 not working.
We have been able to log in to Windows 7 pre-windows log on with APM without any problems. When we attempt to do the same thing on Windows 8.1 it fails the registry check we perform. This registry check works perfectly after logged in and attempting to connect to APM. Our guess is this is a change in the way Windows 8.1 allows the service access to the registry when running pre-logon. Has anyone else been able to successfully perform a client-side check pre-logon with 8.1? Is there just a security setting that needs to be adjusted?
Thanks for any help you can offer!

We do have a defect ID 470225 that causes the machine certificate check to fail in IE11 with compatibility view disabled. This may be related. We have not yet released a rollup hotfix that resolves this problem.
Please try to enable Compatibility View to see if the problem is resolved. Also make sure you are running a version of APM that does support Windows 8.1 / IE11.
If this does resolve the problem, please open a support case if you need a fix before the official rollup HF version is released.

Windows 8.1 works after the user logs in to the machine with the client and webtop. We are only having the issue pre-windows login.
