- amolariCirrostratusfrom which device are you testing? There is an open issue with Android/Firefox.. not being recognized as "mobile". A RFE is open.

Hi, did you sort it out? I got the same problem. It's not the mobile device as such, when I mark "show as desktop version" everything looks ok.

APM customization for Desktop and Mobile are different in F5 APM; ie they are two customizations needed to get the full flavor(Desktop & Mobile) of any change done in APM Follow the below process flow for mobile devices : Access Policy ›› Customization : General -> Form Factor: Full/Mobile Browser -> Branding -> Customization Settings -> Access Profiles -> [your_access_profile_name] -> Common -> Page Header Settings -> Header left image (Mobile Devices size)
the solution was discussed by Alexey in : https://devcentral.f5.com/questions/change-logo-from-mobile-headers and it works like a magic !

If the APM Basic Customization logo isn’t showing on mobile devices, ensure it's correctly referenced in your CSS with appropriate media queries. Check if the image path is correct and that it’s responsive. Verify that mobile-specific styles or settings aren’t hiding the logo unintentionally.
