APM and XenApp Client Traffic
Hi Experts,
We need help in following!
In current setup, there the remote users (an other CompanyA users) connect to the F5 APM (in our CompanyB), the customer connects to XenApp resources via F5.
When the users connect to F5, the connection (sitting in their office) goes via the CustomerA's proxy.
But when they access the XenApp resources the traffic takes the default route and hence bypass the proxy.
Is there any way we can force the traffic to the CustomerA's proxy for XenApp applicaitons.
Cheers.
WUM

the proxy is between the customer clients and the APM and you see the ICA client communicates directly with the APM without going prior through the proxy? - WUM_113639

Yes...but we want the client to come via the proxy

When the APM provides the ICA resource to the client, the client's ICA client connects to the APM. I would check the Proxy settings of the ICA clients

They are configured to use the browser proxy! but still the traffic takes the default route
