Nov 26, 2015APM : Unable launch application in Portected workspace
Hi,
One of our customer is having issue using application like outlook, office(word, excel,..) in protected workspace with network tunnel.
Issue is application don't launch in protected workspace, we tried to access SSL VPN with administrator login system but still same issue.
Any idea how to troubleshoot this issue like which log file we need to check and what type of error we would see for such issue,

- Lucas_Thompson_Historic F5 AccountIs this all PCs, or just some? Can you describe the client PC more and provide version information about what Office version, OS version, and browser version?

In case if the affected users are using Windows 10, then Protected Workspace feature is not currently supported in that version. Ref: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/16000/600/sol16626.html
