APM + Safari Issues

We're having some issues with some of our APMs through the Safari Web Browser. Not a lot of context but it established a session, got through the first log. Looking at the logs, it tells me that the session was dropped by the user. It it supposed to give the user a login page but it doesn't even show it to them. Instead it gives them an error page with their session ID. Is there an extra step with configuring APM with just the Safari browser?
