Their are no books on ASM or APM. To make the most of these product you need to get professional training. Outside of that the only way to get more information is to read the full product documentation and more specifically the ASM & APM implementation guides will give you some idea of what the products can do. Beyond that you need to build configurations yourself and get them working. Create a VPN with duo 2FA for APM. Control access to an application with AD and or Basic Auth, etc design scenarios and implement them. ASM on the other hand really does need training to get the starter knowledge to understand how the product works.
